no one in the region stands a chance no matter what surface we play them on this year. . .no one can handle gate citys backfield this year, 2 1,000 yard rushers returning. 3 All-state performers, dusty at saftey, jo at RB, seth at LB (all 2nd team as jr). Too much talent, heart, pride, experience, ect. . . gate city may not need much of a passsing game after all lol

i hope it doesnt happen but i would LAWL if you all went like 5-5

With out schedule being one of the top 5 in single A it could happen. I don't think it will alot of senior leadership and senior talent.

i am going to have to disagree about GC...It could go either way but I really see them finishing at 6-4....

Richlands will not be easy and I think thats the first L

Bluefield is out for revenge....South is just to much....thats 2 more L's

The 4th will come out of the CMD....who it will be not sure but Lebanon has seemed to have their number over the last few years....And Virginia High gave them everything they could handle last year and gets them in Bristol this year...Thurman will be ready again for them....

Now that is how I see it....could be wrong and it be 10-0....but the schedule just doesn't say it

c:south lost to much I see us beating them
4:we will only know about va high once they start playing, until then a last year caliber va high couldn't handle gate citys backfield this year, when ever dusty did touch the ball against them we drove down the field 15 yard chunks at a time to score the game winning touchdown, this year he will be getting twice the carrys, along with jo (who dominated last year). everyone thinks our line will be down, but we return 4 players from last years line and replace the other lost with aaron reed, i just don't see the drop off.

The running game is a givin, its going to be nasty. I think it will be enough to beat most of the teams on our schedule by itself, if we have a passing game with a pulse of 59 we will win 9 of them.
